Was it your first (ever) box you opened?
It seems like the first box gives x1 of your race Medium Frame (happened to me and some others as well).
If you look for it in your inventory, do you find it?

If you look for it in your inventory, do you find it? nah i've opened several since thier introduction via keys from missions rewards. some have been a bit, meh, liek basic shield energizers or regulators and basic armour plates or so but each have always been worth more than the value of a key (800AUR) just seems that drops liek this really should be removed from the loot table becaus ethey're sure to really put peopel off buying keys, if they haven't been done so already
Hmm.
My other theory is that a officer suite have been mistakenly swapped with a basic medium frame, or something is wrong with the item in the loot table?
Even CCP_Rattati seemed to be surprised by this, but I have not heard anything from him since then.

The rest of the boxes have been ok for me. Not true. I got 7 grimsnes out of my first and only unlocked box.
Think I got my answer from a previous post, stating it is the Skill Book and not Dropsuite.
(I never checked my inventory for those)
